The American Indian Law Journal serves as a vital online resource providing high quality articles on issues relevant to Indian law practitioners and scholars across the country. The AILJ accepts articles and abstracts for consideration from students, practitioners, and law school faculty members. The editing process for publication begins soon after the start of the academic semesters for each respective issue.

The AILJ respectfully requests that authors please use footnotes rather than endnotes. All footnotes should conform to the 22nd edition of The Bluebook. Please follow our formatting requirements laid out on our digital commons page: https://digitalcommons.law.seattleu.edu/ailj/policies.html
